Description
It is the process of monitoring the implementation of the risk response as per the risk response plan and response strategy agreed upon earlier. It includes monitoring the risks already identified, identifying and analyzing new risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing risk response management throughout the project. It is used in the Monitoring & Controlling Process Group and in the Risk Mgmt Knowledge Area.
