Description
It is a list of risk categories mostly used as a source of information for evaluating the overall project risk and used as a framework to help the project team in idea generations.
It is similar to a checklist of risk categories (check Risk Categorization) that is used to identify individual and project risks. Some of the strategies used to find the overall project risks include PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, and Environmental), TECOP (Technical, Environmental, Commercial, and Operational), and VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity). Using the Prompt List, the project manager can make an in-depth study of all the risk factors as part of risk management.
It is an independently-used project management tool.
