Examples of communication technology that could be used –
- Portal that is shared. For virtual project teams, a shared repository for information sharing (e.g., website, collaboration software, or intranet) is effective.
- Use of video conferencing. Video conferencing is an important tool for communicating effectively with virtual teams.
- Conferencing via audio. Another technique for building rapport and confidence in virtual teams is team communication via audio conferencing.
- Email or chat Regular communication via email and chat is another effective strategy.
