Kanbaan Board
A Kanban board is a visual tool used to manage and keep track of work in progress on a project or team. The board is usually divided into columns that show different stages of the workflow, such as “To Do,” “In Progress,” and “Done.” Each task or piece of work is represented by a card or sticky note, which is moved along the board as it moves through the different stages.
Agile project management methods like Scrum often use Kanban boards to help teams see their work and work more efficiently. By using a Kanban board, team members can quickly see what tasks are in progress, what needs to be done next, and what has been finished.
Kanban boards can be made of real things, like a whiteboard or corkboard with sticky notes, or they can be made of software, like Trello or Asana. They can be changed to fit the needs of a team or project, and they can be used for many things, from making software to running marketing campaigns to keeping track of your own tasks.
