Stakeholder Engagement Assessment Matrix
A Stakeholder Engagement Assessment Matrix is a tool that is used to measure the level and quality of engagement with different stakeholders in a project or organization.
On one side of the matrix, the names of the stakeholders are written, and on the other side, the levels or stages of engagement are written. Then, a level of engagement is given to each stakeholder based on how involved they are now and how involved they want to be in the project or organization.
The matrix can help find places where engagement is lacking, put actions to improve engagement in order of importance and keep track of progress over time. It is a good way to make sure that stakeholders are involved and that their ideas and concerns are taken into account.
