During these 2 days (8 hours) of hands-on training, you will learn how to customize Jira as per your project needs and work like a pro. You can create new task types of your own (e.g. dependencies, external clarification) as per the methodology involved in the project SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), create Jira applications involving complex workflows and JQL (Jira Query Language), create customized Jira screens, build dynamic status reports and project dashboards involving formulas and calculations; build all types of project reports (burn up, burn down, velocity, forecast, schedule performance, cost performance, sprint progress, defect density, task allocations, tasks done by categories and task types), and learn to use several plugins to make it all more more powerful.
