Learn to use Confluence as a project collaboration tool and manage and configure the contents of the project.
If you are an aspiring project manager (a software engineer with at least 3 years of experience) or a practicing project manager, scrum master, or product manager, and you are already familiar with Jira and Confluence, you can learn the advanced-level features of Jira that can take you to bigger heights in your career growth as a project manager and help you do things that are known to only a handful of project managers in the world. During these 2 days (8 hours) of hands-on training, you will learn how to customize Jira as per your project needs and work like a pro. You can create new task types of your own (e.g. dependencies, external clarification) as per the methodology involved in the project SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), create Jira applications involving complex workflows and JQL (Jira Query Language), create customized Jira screens, build dynamic status reports and project dashboards involving formulas and calculations; build all types of project reports (burn up, burn down, velocity, forecast, schedule performance, cost performance, sprint progress, defect density, task allocations, tasks done by categories and task types), and learn to use several plugins to make it all more more powerful.
