The Risk Review is similar to a periodical check-up or inspection to identify whether any new risks have emerged or if current risks have altered in any way. It’s like going to the doctor for a check-up to make sure everything is still fine or to identify any issues early. In layman’s words, it’s a planned assessment in which the project team assesses present risks, searches for new ones that may have surfaced, and determines if existing risks require adjustments or more attention. It assists in keeping track of possible concerns, ensuring they are successfully addressed and do not catch the project off guard.
