Incremental Lifecycle is analogous to building a skyscraper floor by floor, progressively adding additional floors as you go, rather than creating the complete structure all at once. It is a method of working on a project in which you divide it into smaller portions, known as increments, and accomplish them one by one. Each increment adds value or usefulness to the project, much as each story of a structure adds room. This method allows for continual enhancements and expansions, such as furnishing and decorating each story of the structure as you move higher. It’s about gradually evolving and improving the project until it achieves its maximum potential.
