What is Gantt Chart?

The Gantt Chart is a visual timeline that lets you visualize what has to be done and when, similar to a comprehensive to-do list put out on a calendar. It’s a bar chart with tasks or activities on one side and time running down the other. Each job is represented by a bar that spans the timeline, indicating when it begins, how long it takes, and when it is completed. It’s similar to making a plan for your day, knowing what you’ll do in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Gantt Charts assist project managers in tracking progress, organizing activities, and determining how everything fits together in terms of schedule.
