Claims Administration entails resolving disagreements or conflicts between project participants. It’s similar to being a sports referee—you listen to all sides, grasp their arguments, and then decide what’s fair. When there is a disagreement in project management regarding things like payments, job quality, or changes in plans, the claims administrator steps in to resolve it. They examine the project contract, listen to all sides, and then make a reasonable choice to fix the issue and keep the project going ahead smoothly.
