What is Bidder Conference?

A bidder conference is similar to a large gathering in which a person or organization (the one who wants to perform a project) gathers with everyone else who could want to do the same project. It’s similar to a job interview, except for projects! Everyone who is interested has the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the initiative. The person or organization in charge of the project explains what they want and how things will function, and everyone else is free to ask questions to learn what they need to do to participate and work on the project. It’s an opportunity for everyone who’s interested to be on the same page before deciding whether or not to join the team.
