The Lessons learnt Register is analogous to a diary in which you scribble down the things you’ve learnt throughout a project, similar to writing notes after an experience to recall what went well and what may be better next time. It is a document in which the project team documents their experiences, accomplishments, blunders, and useful insights gained during the course of the project. It contains what worked well and what didn’t, as well as suggestions for how to handle similar circumstances in the future. This record functions as a roadmap, allowing future initiatives to profit from prior experiences, letting them run more smoothly and successfully.
