Focus groups in project management are similar to team meetings, but with a twist: they bring together a small group of people, generally 5 to 10, who represent diverse viewpoints or backgrounds, similar to collecting friends from different circles to discuss a topic. These groups seek varied perspectives, ideas, and input on certain project components, goods, or goals. Consider a new recipe where everyone contributes ideas on what ingredients to use or how to improve the flavor. Similarly, members in focus groups openly discuss their opinions, helping project managers to comprehend multiple points of view and make better decisions based on collective insights.
