What is a product?

A Product is the ultimate product or thing you’re actually developing or delivering through the project in project management. Your result is similar to the cake you bake after following a recipe. In layman’s words, it’s the concrete result or item that the project aims to generate, whether it’s a physical object, a service, software, or any other end. It is the outcome of the project that satisfies the needs or requirements stated at the outset.
