What is Progressive Elaboration?

Progressive In project management, elaboration is similar to building a LEGO construction in that you start with a basic idea and progressively add additional elements and layers to make it complete, much like adding more bricks to your LEGO design until it becomes a masterpiece. As new information becomes available, project details are adjusted and increased over time. You may have a preliminary plan at the start of a project, but as you acquire more information or find new needs, you gradually revise and add additional specifics to the plan, making it more thorough and accurate. Consider it like constantly fine-tuning and improving the project plan, much like creating a masterpiece by adding more detailed features as you go.
