Change Control is akin to being the project’s plan’s defender. It is the process of handling any changes proposed for a project. Consider it as having a handbook that everyone follows: if someone wants to modify the project’s scope, timetable, or budget, they must first obtain authorization. This procedure guarantees that any changes to the project are thoroughly examined, such as double-checking that a new ingredient would not ruin a dish. Change Control ensures that any changes do not cause turmoil and are only applied if they are beneficial to the project’s success.
