What is Mind-Mapping?
In project management, mind mapping is equivalent to producing a visual brainstorm, similar to sketching a map of your thoughts and ideas. It’s a process in which you start with a key idea or topic (such as your project’s main purpose) and then spread out, scribbling down related thoughts and notions. It’s analogous to sketching a tree with branches, with each branch representing a distinct feature or thought related to the primary issue. You may identify links between ideas, break down difficult material into smaller parts, and obtain a clearer understanding of how everything works together in your project by graphically arranging your thoughts in this way. It’s a useful tool for planning, organizing, and coming up with fresh ideas.
